**Job Summary**:
We are an ethnic wear fashion brand seeking a detail-oriented **Fashion Operations Executive** to oversee key operational processes. This role involves ensuring product quality, managing packing and shipping, and maintaining accurate data records. A background in fashion design is essential to ensure alignment with the brand’s quality standards and aesthetic vision.

**Key Responsibilities:Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks for garments at every stage of production.
- Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies to ensure products meet brand standards.
- Work closely with the production team to implement improvements.

**Packing and Logistics**:

- Manage the packing process, ensuring garments are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain packing materials inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

**Data Entry and Inventory Management**:

- Accurately enter and update production, inventory, and shipping data.
- Track and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Generate reports on production and inventory for management review.

**Collaboration**:

- Assist designers and production teams by providing feedback on quality issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
- Support other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion operations or quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with garment construction, stitching techniques, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹114,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
