We are on a mission to making sarees accessible and appealing to everyone. **Role Description**: This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and connecting with our passionate audience. The role will also involve analysing social commerce trends to drive optimization and engagement, managing online presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Ecommerce Growth Executive to join our team and o spearhead our expansion across various marketplaces and drive sales growth on our brand website. This role is perfect for someone passionate about analyzing data, crafting strategies, and enhancing online visibility. If you're ambitious, results-driven, and ready to make a significant impact, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Product & Cataloguing**:_ - Listing of new SKUs/Styles on Marketplace and in-house D2C portal based on defined processes and market demand & trend forecast. - Ensure a timely upload of new products, assets and content to the marketplaces & brand website, providing weekly merchandising and accurate preparation for new marketing campaigns. And to undertake final QC and approval of product catalogues with respect to accuracy. - Ensure catalogue maintenance, relevant product images, product communication & A+ content is up to date on all the platforms. - Keeping regular check on product reviews and ratings and popular styles on marketplaces and brand website and informing management of specific issues, submitting suggestions, taking actions on website rectification. - **Pricing & Promotion & Advertising**:_ - Strategizing and implementing pricing and promotional activities to drive sales and maintain competitiveness based on cost and margin assessment. - Monitor, analyse & optimize ad spend and campaign performance metrics to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), maximize ROI, and achieve marketing objectives through identifying areas of improvement and optimization - Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive conversions. - **Inventory & Stock Planning**:_ - Ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing overstock and stockouts. - Inventory checks for marketplaces & brand website and inventory health management. - Monitoring and measuring sales trends hence, forecasting and mobilizing stocks across marketplaces in close coordination with the team, to always have a smooth feeder mechanism. - Ensuring adequate inventory to avoid out of stock. - Liquidation of slow non-moving inventory. **Content Optimization**: - Staying updated with Marketplace policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in all operations. - Enhance product visibility and brand presence on e-commerce platforms through effective SEO, Keyword Optimization and marketing tactics. - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. - Ensure the website is optimised for conversions and user satisfaction. - Managing the brand store on marketplace. **Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis**: - Regularly review SKUs/Styles performance metrics such as bestseller, reviews, ratings, revenue, and inventory to identify and address issues. - Analyse marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; use insights to optimize performance. - Monitor Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, Marketplace performance - Provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on customer and website performance, including relevant action plans. - Analyse site performance and initiated improvements, including merchandising efforts, technical projects, and creative changes - Analysing sales data, trends, and generate reports to track e-commerce performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. **Competitor Analysis**: - Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies for maintaining a competitive edge. - Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximize on sales. **Operations & Financial Management**: - Manage and optimize all operational aspects of the marketplace business, including inventory, pricing, online sales promotions, branding, marketing, web development, to drive sales and profitability. - Manage the integration of all aspects of local e-commerce operations, including logistics, customer service, stock and sup
