**Job Description;**

**Position : Labour Welfare Officer**

**Job location: Erode**

**Experience : 3+ years**

**Qualification : MSW / Diploma in Labour Law**

**Roles & Responsibility;**
- Executing policies regarding working conditions, welfare, etc., of workers in industrial undertakings
- Maintaining liaison between management and labour and promoting harmonious relation between them
- Bringing grievances of workers to the notice of the management
- Interpreting labour laws to workers and advising management on various statutory obligations
- Promoting harmonious relations between management and workers to ensure efficiency in production
- Helping in formation of welfare activities such as recreational facilities, sanitation, education of children, etc.
- Helping in formulating employment and recruitment policies in consultation with management and workers’ representatives
- Negotiating settlement by conciliation in event of dispute between workers and management
- Ensuring all administrative action on part of management in case of labour trouble
- Assisting employees’ in their personal problems
