- **Roles and Responsibilities**_

1.Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to welfare.

2.Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify safety and welfare needs, coordinating with relevant departments for improvements.

3.Develop and implement effective welfare programs for employees, including medical services, housing facilities, and other benefits.

4.Collaborate with management to resolve employee grievances and improve overall workplace conditions.

5.Maintain accurate records of all welfare activities and initiatives. 6.Conduct domestic enquiry for Absenteeism and Mis
- Conduct, disciplinary action of the workers and should close the enquiry by proper procedure. 7.Should follow-up with advocates regarding the ACL, DCL, Labour Court cases, Legal cases, etc...

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR- Labour Welfare or a related field (MSW preferred).

2. Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
