The key responsibilities areas are:Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the operational team with the help of HR Team; provide mentoring for management development and succession planningSupport and lead sales team with customer relationships and supplier requirementsBuild and maintain healthy relationships with land owners, partners, vendors, and communitiesCreate distribute channel and verification of DistributorsCreate marketing hierarchy and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsDetermine PAN India compliance with licensing legislation Ensure compliance with Government departments of all states and territoriesRepresent the company at public inquiries, public meetings, external organisations, and co-ordinate with agriculture officers.Key responsible for P&L, revenue budget forecasting, sales plan, sales forecasts and KPI reportingTo ensure full compliance with established legal procedures and legislationImplementation of IT ERPIdentify and carry out of investigations and preparing appropriate solutions for professional problems, within the relevant discipline, including consultation, liaison and partnership workingDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnelNegotiate and close agreements with large customersMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./Post Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture or relevant field Minimum 25 years’ experience in sales & operation team Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as COO Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as Sales Head Experience managing a high-performance sales team Work experience in sales and operations in Seeds/Agriculture/Horticulture/Fertilisers would be preferable. Required Skills:Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent communication and techno commercial skills.Having good leadership skills to drive the team.Have willing to travel and develop new segments and markets.Self-driven and positive attitude ready to accept challenging goals.Build and drive sales team to deliver annual sales targets for B2B and B2C segmentEnsure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
