**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining & Reporting of previous days reviews and ratings from each platform
- Raising flag to Operations Head if similar trend of bad review or rating is coming from any department in any Café
- Going through Repair & Maintenance work required in each café reported on KNOW app or any other official medium
- Responding to each & every review or ratings on various platforms and especially on bad ones
- Going through Opening Check lists for each café in detail and get the problem resolved if found any
- Going through other Check lists on alternate basis for each café in detail and get the problem resolved if found any
- Going through DC items form of each café and ensuring that every one has the right amount of stock available all the time
- Mail Regarding previous day's missed check lists & wrong reporting to HR, Ops & MD
- Maintaining a data on daily basis for each of the units about the list of do-ables on daily basis, for example - Demand sheet filling, Banking etc.
- Maintaining Uniform details of each café and HO Stock and hence ensuring we have right amount of stock all the time
- Maintaining Crockery details of each café and HO Stock and hence ensuring we have right amount of stock all the time
- Escalating Issues to MD if any issue is not getting resolved at Operations level on prescribed time as per the policy
**Qualifications**:
- Any graduation will be considerable
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
