**Job Title: GEM Portal Operator (Tender Management)**

**Location**: Patna, Bihar

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and operate the GEM portal to process government tenders effectively.
- Monitor and track tenders issued by the Government of India and the Government of Bihar in the specified regions.
- Review tender documents to ensure all technical and compliance requirements are met before submission.
- Complete and submit tenders within the prescribed deadlines.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain required documents and clarifications.
- Provide guidance and support for technical aspects of tender filing.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stay updated with changes and updates to the GEM portal and government tendering procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing and filing tenders through the GEM portal.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and technical requirements for government tenders.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tender portals.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, government officials, and other stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of GEM Portal operations and government tendering systems.
- Familiarity with the specific requirements of government tenders issued by the Government of India and the Government of Bihar.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
