The Customer Order Processing and Support Specialist is responsible for confirming customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, and coordinating with the logistics team for timely dispatch and tracking. They handle customer queries, providing prompt and effective resolutions to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. This role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach

**Qualifications**
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Only for Female

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
