**About the Company**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and generate sales.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to answer questions and offer relevant solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone conversations.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and update the customer database with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer concerns, competitive activity, and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales support or telesales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
