Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Import-Export Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at an import-export company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing market strategies, and managing import-export operations. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through successful sales and marketing initiatives. This is a performance-based position, with payment tied to individual and team achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:Identify potential clients and establish relationships to expand the customer base.
Develop sales strategies and set sales targets to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach potential customers.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Import-Export Operations:Coordinate import-export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and manage related documentation.
Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
Optimize supply chain processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

General Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the import-export industry.
- Strong knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Payment Structure: The payment for this role will be based on performance, including individual and team achievements. The exact payment structure and incentives will be discussed during the interview process and may include a combination of base salary and commission or bonus plans tied to sales targets and revenue generation.
