**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ideate and execute on-brand video strategies aligned with campaign goals.
- Own the full video production process: scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Stay on top of video trends, memes, challenges, and platform updates to create timely, culturally relevant content.
- Optimize videos for different social platforms (aspect ratio, length, captions, thumbnails, etc.).
- managing the team of content creators which includes video editors, graphic designers etc.
- Manage production timelines to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain consistent visual and storytelling standards across all content.
- Analyze video performance metrics and use data to refine content strategies.
- Organize and archive raw footage and completed videos for future use.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in video production for social media, marketing, or digital content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video work across various social platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and content best practices.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling, pacing, and editing instincts.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience with motion graphics, animation, or photography.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite).
- Ability to direct on-camera talent or appear on-camera when needed.
- Knowledge of SEO and video analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
