**Influencer Marketing Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers for each brand/campaign.
- Handle contracts, negotiations, and influencer relationships.
- Manage campaign execution logistics: deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with the Social Media Strategist’s concept and brand brief.
- Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Share reports and actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on trends, emerging influencers, and platform updates to leverage opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Mandatory: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking influencer KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Creative eye for identifying influencers who match brand tone and campaign goals.
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and tracking tools (e.g., Upfluence, Grin, Winkl, or similar).
- Experience collaborating with content, design, and strategy teams.
- Basic knowledge of paid promotion/boosting influencer content.
