Urgent Hiring Sea Export Officer for leading frieght forwarding Company based out at Vaishali Ghaziabad

Ø **Reporting to : Manager - Export**

Ø **Minimum Experience Required : 3 to 4 Years.**

Ø **Education : Minimum Graduate**

Job Profile:
1- Must have good command on FCL export procedures.

2- Must have good written English.

3- Coordination with shipping line for gate cut off and SI Cut off.

4- Coordination with shipper & CHA for timely SI Filing.

5- SI Filling through Odex / INTRRA or through liner web portal.

6- BL Draft arrangement from shipping liner and correction check with customer and arranging the BL accordingly.

7- Preparation of HBL.

8- Preparation of Pre-alert and sending the same to customer & oversea agent.

9- Keeping the timely updates to reporting manager and shipper accordingly.

10- Tracking of handover of the container & coordination with required parties.

11- In-house software update.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
