we are hiring for Export Execuitve for the Gaziabad location
- Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Exports

Job details:

- To prepare Sample Invoices and send the courier to the buyer.
- 2. To prepare Performa Invoice as per details provided by the Product Manager.
- 3. To prepare LE’s in ERP of orders as per PI details.
- 4. To coordinate with Metal and Garments department for a detailed packing list for
- preparation of custom and buyer’s Invoices.
- 5. To prepare Buyer Invoice, Custom Invoice, Packing List and send the same to
- Product Manager for cross verification.
- 6. To share the signed copy of invoice and packing list to the Agent/ Forwarder.
- 7. Follow-up with Agent/ Forwarder for shipments related details.
- 8. At the time of dispatch of any consignment, prepare challans/ Gate Pass for
- various Air or Sea Shipments.
- 9. To maintain LE Register according to serial number.
- 10. To maintain Balances of buyers in ERP.
- 11. To keep track of payments of various shipments and send FEMA declaration for
- the same to bank.
- Send documents (Invoice, Packing list, and BL) to buyers for Sea Shipments.
- Handle Import Shipments related queries, maintain file for the same and make
- payments of imports.
- To keep track of Field Executives while going outside and manage all tasks
- assigned to them through misc. departments.
- To check bills of forwarders and forward to accounts with supporting papers for clearance.
- To maintain all the records and supporting of each shipment.
- To check “EP” “A” and “C” series files and maintain register for issue and return
- of files.
- To maintain Courier Register for documents or parcel received in IHTS and SIIL and coordinate to distribute to the concerned staff.
- To supervise presentation of samples in showroom in organized manner and
- maintain properly.
- To supervise Sample’s Record, maintained in the register.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
