EXPORT Executive

**Salary**:20k to 35k

Location:Sahibabad Ghaziabad

Exp:1+ year

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Export Order s Customer Management**:

- Handle complete export order lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch.
- Coordinate with international distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Share product specifications, quotations, and compliance documents with clients.

2. Export Documentation s Compliance:

- Prepare and review documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, CE Certificate, Free Sale Certificate, and Product Dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with destination country regulations, including FDA/CE/MHRA/ISO certifications.
- Work with consultants or authorities to obtain necessary export permits or product registrations.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Organize freight bookings, negotiate rates, and arrange customs clearance.
- Ensure cold chain/shock-proof packaging where required.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely dispatch.

4. Payment s Banking:

- Prepare documents for Letter of Credit (LC), Advance TT, or DP/DA terms.
- Liaise with banks for document submission, foreign exchange realization, and export incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS if applicable).

5. After-Sales Support s CRM:

- Provide clients with shipment tracking, manuals, warranty documents, and training schedules.
- Support in complaint resolution, part replacement, or technical clarifications in coordination with the technical team.

6. Sales Support s Reporting:

- Assist in market research for new territories and product opportunities.
- Maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards for exports.
- Coordinate for participation in medical trade shows/exhibitions (e.g., Arab Health, MEDICA, etc.)

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation specific to medical equipment.
- Understanding of CE, ISO 13485, USFDA, and other global regulatory standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export portals (DGFT, ICEGATE).
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business / Commerce / Biomedical Engineering.
- Diploma or Certification in Export Management (preferred).
- Prior experience in the export of medical devices/equipment is **mandatory**.
