**Position Title**: Electronics Retail Sales Associate

**Reports To**: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

**Job Overview**:
As an Electronics Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing electronics products that meet their needs. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and drive sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Sales**:

- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering suitable products.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the electronics products sold in the store.
- Stay updated on new product releases, trends, and industry developments.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and priced.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange product displays and signage to enhance customer engagement.
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- **Sales Transactions**:

- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and ensure proper cash handling.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics, is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of electronics products and the ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
