**Job Description**:
- Coordinating all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Activities for Company.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
- Communication & Implementation of promotional strategies & Incentive schemes to the sales team in an effective manner to assure their understanding & success
- To develop Promotional material & ensure its effective utilization by field team.
- Assist marketing team in making customer oriented campaigns Monthly Compilation, Analysis and Presentation to management about all the relevant activities
