Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary: The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for anyone visiting or calling the organization. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, greeting visitors, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and update the company phone directory
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and typing as needed
- Communicate with other departments and employees to provide support as needed
- Monitor and order office supplies as necessary

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,340.00 per month
