**Job Summary: As a Full-Time Communication & Content Executive, your role revolves around crafting and disseminating compelling content across various platforms to effectively communicate the company's message and engage its audience. Responsibilities include organizing webinars, crafting newsletters, writing blogs, managing online ads, participating in forums, and creating a cohesive social media calendar. This position demands strong communication skills, content creation expertise, proficiency in online engagement strategies, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Webinar Organization and Hosting**:
- **Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars on various topics relevant to the company's objectives.**:
- **Manage all aspects of webinar logistics, including scheduling, invitations, speaker coordination, and technical setup.**:
- **Newsletter Creation**:
- **Develop engaging and informative newsletters for internal and external distribution.**:
- **Curate content, write articles, and collaborate with different departments for relevant updates.**:
- **Blog Writing**:
- **Generate compelling and SEO-friendly blog content covering industry trends, company news, and related topics.**:
- **Research and produce high-quality articles to engage the target audience.**:
- **Online Ad Management**:
- **Oversee online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, etc.**:
- **Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.**:
- **Forum Engagement**:
- **Actively participate and engage in relevant online forums and communities to represent the company.**:
- **Respond to inquiries, share insights, and build connections while adhering to the company's brand voice.**:
- **Social Media Calendar Creation**:
- **Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.**:
- **Create engaging posts, schedule content, and analyze metrics to improve performance.**
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.**:
- **Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading.**:
- **Experience in webinar hosting and organization.**:
- **Familiarity with various social media platforms and their analytics tools.**:
- **Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.**:
- **Analytical mindset for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.**:
- **Knowledge of SEO best practices for content creation.**:
- **Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.**
