We are now hiring a Content & Engagement Manager in the Founder's Office, a high-ownership role that combines content strategy, community growth, and hands-on engagement across multiple brands. This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" role — it's a chance to work directly under the Founder, drive growth, and be part of a scaling journey.
Why This Role Matters
At Datsme, content isn't just posts — it's the engine of community building. Engagement isn't just likes and comments — it's where relationships begin. In this role, you'll work directly under the Founder across multiple brands, collaborating with our designer and editor to ensure high-quality content output, strong engagement, and measurable growth every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute content calendars across all Datsme verticals (app, community programs, growth initiatives, and other brands)
- Collaborate with the in-house designer and video editor to deliver high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, shorts)
- Spend ~1 hour daily per brand on community/comment hacking — engaging with audiences, building visibility, and strengthening presence
- Actively participate in communities (college groups, niche forums, lifestyle spaces) with authentic contributions
- Analyze performance and provide actionable feedback to improve content and growth
- Represent the Founder's voice in engagement, ensuring alignment with Datsme's mission and values
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media/content/community roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to balance strategy + execution
- Data-driven, growth-hungry, and disciplined
Discipline & Work Culture (Non-Negotiables)
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Daily Reporting: Mandatory 10:00 AM check-in and 7:00 PM sign-off reports
- Must be available on Slack throughout the workday; meetings can happen at any point
- 3-month probation period before confirmation
- If discipline is not your strong suit, do not apply — this is a high-performance, accountability-driven role
Preferred Skills
- Startup or agency background
- Experience in growth hacking tactics (comment hacking, community seeding)
- Knowledge of content analytics and performance optimization
- Bonus: connections in youth, campus, or lifestyle communities
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
- Performance-linked bonuses tied to engagement & growth KPIs
- Direct Founder's Office role → high visibility, high responsibility
- Growth pathway into Head of Content/Community as we scale
