**Designation - BIM Coordinator**

**Location - Pimple Nilakh (Pune)**

**Experience - 3 yr to 5 yr**

**Key Skills : -**
- Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly
- Coordinate with general contractor and other trades and provided 3D coordination.
- Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained - Interact with the client as well as other stakeholder to provide all the detailed construction documents.
- Articulate the opportunity by making a detailed line presentation of business models. - Develop project parameters, templates, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Manage the overall process as Project coordinator by solving combing of all discipline's coordination issues.
- Ensure all the aspects required for necessary testing are complete and subsequent information is reported.
- Provide Revit Architecture / BIM Fundamental and Intermediate training to staff and technical orientation for analyze and provide best solution to the client.
- BIM Implementation on Small
- & Large-Scale Projects.
- Understand requirements of different RIBA stages (LODs, LOIs, etc.).
- BIM project delivery of all s including large & complex Civil Infrastructure.
- Coordinate process experience including working with consultants using multiple platforms.
- Should have a good working knowledge of industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
