Landscape BIM Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Landscape BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of Landscape BIM models, perform clash detection to resolve design conflicts, and enforce adherence to project-specific BIM standards. As the central point of contact for all BIM-related activities, you will be responsible to coordinate with various project stakeholders, and drive the implementation of BIM best practices within our organization as well to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in BIM software (e.G., Revit, Navisworks), excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving efficiency in digital construction processes. Key Responsibilities: - Project Coordination - Assist the BIM Manager in executing BIM-related activities - Model Coordination and Quality Control check - Create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements - Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models and drawings - Serve as "Model Administrator" for assigned projects - Facilitate communication among stakeholders to address inconsistencies and ensure seamless integration. - BIM Standards and Documentation - Develop and enforce project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and documentation. - Maintain up-to-date BIM project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Quality Control - Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information - Conduct regular model health checks for the Landscape discipline - Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols - Collaboration and Communication - Escalate any deliverables issue with BIM manager or BIM Lead - Conduct regular coordination meetings to communicate updates and resolve issues. - Training and Support - Provide technical support for BIM software applications (e.G., Revit, Navisworks). - Train team members on best practices for BIM workflows and tools.. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. - Proficiency in relevant BIM tools and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.). - At least 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination using tools like Revit, Navisworks, or similar software. - Practical experience in coordinating BIM processes across multiple disciplines within construction projects. - Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or CIC guidelines and experience implementing them in projects. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage workflows and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
