Sales Support Executive

1. **Order Processing**
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate order confirmations with the customer and sales team
2. **Handling Enquiries**
- Respond to customer and internal sales team enquiries promptly
- Provide product and order information as required
3. **Payment Follow-Up**
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment collection
- Share payment status updates with the accounts and sales team
4. **Material Follow-Up**
- Track and follow up on material availability and dispatch timelines
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure material readiness
5. **Customer Queries**
- Address and resolve customer queries related to orders, products, or delivery
- Escalate issues where necessary for timely resolution
6. **Sales Team Queries**
- Support the sales team by addressing their queries related to orders, stock, and customer communication
7. **Coordination with Warehouse Team**
- Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and dispatch schedules
- Share order requirements and dispatch details for timely processing
8. **New Customer Documentation (Vendor Registration)**
- Collect and verify documentation for new customer onboarding
- Complete vendor registration processes as per company policy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
