-**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor trends and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to improve overall performance.

2. **Performance Marketing**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize paid media strategies.

3. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights for growth.

4. **Instagram Growth**:

- Develop a growth strategy for Instagram to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
- Monitor Instagram analytics to track progress and refine strategies.

5. **Strategic Thinking & Marketing Initiatives**:

- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies to promote brand.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Plan and Execute social media campaigns such as hackathons, contests, etc.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Salary will be competitive and based on experience and performance, with potential for growth based on results and contributions.-
