**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and contributing to the growth of the company. This 3-month internship offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility with the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and international environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate a minimum of 5 authentic leads per day.
2. Client Engagement: Contact potential clients, present our services, and qualify leads for the sales team.
3. Follow-Up: Maintain and update lead information, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing deals.
5. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
**What We Offer**:
1. Stipend & Incentives: Earn between ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month, plus additional incentives for every lead that is successfully converted into a client.

4. Certificate and LOI upon successful completion of the Internship.
**Requirements**:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Smart, well-spoken, and able to carry yourself professionally.
3. Convincing and persuasive, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. A basic understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques is a plus.
7. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
