About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee - IT Recruitment intern to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT domain, gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.-
- **Requirements**Key Responsibilities:- Work with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Support in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing responses
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to understand hiring requirements
- Assist in onboarding and documentation activities when needed-
- Desired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, IT, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of basic IT terminologies and job profiles (preferred)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools
