- Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance the celebrity's brand and visibility.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate and finalize contracts for endorsements, sponsorships, appearances, and other business ventures.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are favourable to the celebrity's interests.
- **Public Relations**:

- Manage media relations and coordinate with publicists to maintain a positive public image for the celebrity.
- Handle crisis management and respond to media inquiries in a strategic manner.
- **Brand Management**:

- Oversee the development and execution of the celebrity's brand strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage brand partnerships and promotional opportunities.
- **Schedule and Logistics**:

- Coordinate the celebrity's schedule, including appearances, events, and professional commitments.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for various engagements.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage the celebrity's financial interests, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Work closely with accountants and financial advisors to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including agents, publicists, and legal representatives, to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to the celebrity's career.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Proven experience as a Celebrity Manager or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure lucrative opportunities for the celebrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- A keen understanding of public relations and brand management.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
