**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented **Public Relations Coordinator Intern** to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role is an excellent opportunity for IIM students to gain hands-on experience in public relations, media management, and corporate communication strategies. The intern will work closely with the PR team to assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the public image of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns.
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Research and identify potential media opportunities and outlets for company visibility.
- Help maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and bloggers.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, press conferences, and webinars.
- Draft content for social media platforms and the company’s website.
- Assist in managing crisis communication when necessary.
- Contribute to internal communication strategies within the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program at an IIM (Indian Institute of Management).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of media relations and public relations strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PR software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
