**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide relevant information.
- Assist clients with basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department/person.
- Keep records of client visits and feedback for internal review.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and scheduling appointments.
- Represent the brand image with grace, courtesy, and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or public relations role (preferably in luxury retail or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and a pleasant personality.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,773.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
