**Job Description: Business Development Associate**

to One tutoring services to a diverse client base in the US. We pride
ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer
service. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a highly motivated
and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.
Position: Business Development Associate
Location:Remote
Shift: Night Shift (US client base)
**Responsibilities**:
**Achieve Sales Targets**:Independently drive business growth by achieving
sales targets within the assigned territory/vertical. Develop a
comprehensive understanding of our services/products and effectively
communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
**Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads, conduct
market research, and build a strong sales pipeline. Utilize various channels
such as cold calling, networking, online platforms, and industry events to
generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements, address inquiries, resolve issues, and
provide timely updates on products/services.
**Team Training and Strategy Development**: If assigned a team, provide
training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales
skills and ensure they meet their targets. Develop and implement effective
sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to maximise business growth.
Night Shift Operations: Adapt to working in a night shift to cater to the US
client base. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attentiveness
during these hours.
**Collaboration and Reporting**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including marketing, operations, and customer support, to align strategies
and ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare regular reports, sales
forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and provide insights
to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications will be a plus.
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or
sales, preferably in the [industry/sector] domain. Proven track record of
achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Spoken English: Proficient in spoken English with excellent communication
and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and
colleagues at all levels.
**Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated leadership abilities to train and motivate a
team. Experience in team management, coaching, and performance
evaluation is desirable.
**Strategic Thinker**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Keen market
insight and the ability to identify business opportunities.
**Results-Oriented: S**elf-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed
targets. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and deliver
results within tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
**Initial Package**:4.8 INR LPA for the first three months.
Performance-based Salary Revision: Salary package will be revised based
on productivity and target achievements after the initial three months.
