Job Summary: The Tele Calling Executive in Real Estate is responsible for contacting potential clients to promote and sell real estate properties. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer questions about properties and provide details such as pricing, availability, and location.
- Follow up with potential clients to gauge their interest in purchasing or renting properties.
- Schedule property viewings with interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain a database of client information and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on client preferences and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and real estate laws and regulations.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a tele-calling executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English and any other relevant language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, regulations, and laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,916.16 - ₹29,984.87 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
