We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller executive to contribute in generating opportunitiesand partnerships for our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good customerrelationships over the phone.An effective telecaller specialist must be an excellent communicator and have great peopleskills. They must be comfortable presenting the services over the phone as well as dealing withcomplaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**What are you going to do?**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about SquareBoat services.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements, qualify the lead and set up meetings.
- Direct prospects to the team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls/meetings and note useful information.

**You need to have**:

- Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience as a telecaller executive or other sales/customer service role will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS excel.
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
