**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, warm calling, and online research to generate leads.
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company and services, and to identify their real estate needs.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about available properties, current market trends, and relevant services.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
- **Feedback Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding lead quality, client preferences, and market insights.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
