**Position Summary**:
The Culinary Service Concierge is responsible to provide exceptional culinary experience for customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing and delivery of high quality meals based on the customer’s requirements, dietary restrictions and geographical location, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This role will require high attention to detail and passion for food with knowledge of cuisines from different cultures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete the ordering process from start to finish of meals/treats for recipients
- Analyze a person’s cuisine preference, budget, location, dietary restrictions and send them a meal meeting all criteria from a highly rated restaurant using best judgment
- Must track orders once placed to confirm stages of progress are met all the way through delivery
- Communicate with sender regarding meals for recipients
- Communicate with recipient through all stages of the meal ordering process
- Initial outreach to confirm availability, confirmation of delivery date/time once order is placed, follow up once order is delivered and any additional questions
