**Biitcode is urgently hiring digital marketing officer for our reputed client in the Real Estate industry, located in Pune.**

**Position: Digital Marketing Officer**

**Location: Swargate, Pune**

**Requisites**:

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Campaign Management with budget of minimum 2 Lakh rupees.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal & nonverbal communication.
- Ability to think out of box and learn new things.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to real estate projects.
- Oversee social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for campaign optimization.
- Manage and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Create content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos
- Coordinating with digital marketing agency and lead qualification.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.
