ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for voice support as an advisor.
- Provide support to customers/clients on the phone, remote access
- Inbound customer queries (billing, rate plans, service activations, credits and adjustments, technical troubleshooting & complaints).
- Take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
- Assist clients over calls with quick answers to simple IT issues
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 01+ Year experience in International Customer Service / Technical Support (Voice)
- Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must possess sound technical knowledge
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
INTERVIEW PROCEDURE
- Round 1 - HR (Telephonic)
- Round 2 - Ops (Video/Telephonic)
- Round 3 - Versant (Voice & Written)
**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
