**Customer Service Executive**

Uniqstop Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Executive who'll be responsible for handling and tracking customer queries. He or she must keep records of the interactions and take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Qualification and Experience**:
Experience: 2 years

Education: MBA/BBA

**Salary** - 15-25k (based on experience)

**Working days**:

- 6 days a week

**Timing** - 9.30 am to 6 pm

**Skills**:

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients
- Facilitating efficient and accurate processing of orders
