1.Our company is looking for a Customer Service Executive who can assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level.

2.Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. A remarkable Sales Executive will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

3. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.

4. Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.

5. Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies

6.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

7. Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
