**Job Description: Civil Designer**

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Civil Designer to join our

engineering plans, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of

design deliverables.
- _**Responsibilities**:_

1. Design Development: Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software to develop

detailed civil engineering plans, including site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility

layouts, and road designs, in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

2. Drafting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, schematics, and

technical documents for construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory

requirements, design standards, and client specifications.

3. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, assess site conditions, and

identify constraints and opportunities that may impact the design process, and incorporate

findings into design solutions.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other

stakeholders to coordinate design efforts, address design challenges, and ensure alignment

with project goals and objectives.

5. Design Optimization: Evaluate design alternatives, propose innovative solutions, and

optimize designs to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance project outcomes

while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

6. Quality Assurance: Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and specifications to

ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements, industry

standards, and regulatory guidelines.

7. Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to project teams during the

construction phase, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and resolving design related issues as they arise.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging

technologies in civil engineering and design, and proactively seek opportunities for

professional development and skills enhancement.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
