**Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements and challenges, providing customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and requirements.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
- **Self-Motivation**: Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,188.32 - ₹35,064.48 per month
