Job Title: Branding Partner

Job Location: Surat - work from office only

Engagement Type: Project-based with Revenue Sharing or fixed salary system (50-60k per month)

Location : Ahmedabad, Vadodara, (who want to relocate in Surat)

time : 9-6 pm, Mon -saturday

Objective

To co-create powerful, long-lasting brand identities for DigiRivera’s clients (primarily in Solar, Healthcare, Education, and MSME sectors) that align with their business goals and drive higher lead conversion and retention.

Primary Job Responsibilities (Strategic & Execution)

Brand Strategy

Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, tone, and differentiation for clients.

Conduct competitor & industry research to identify brand gaps and opportunities.

Develop unique value propositions (USP) tailored to each client's target audience.

Brand Identity Development

Lead or collaborate on visual identity: logo, color palette, typography, and style guide.

Supervise or guide design direction (your own team or ours).

Storytelling & Communication

Create brand story frameworks that translate across all channels (social, website, ads).

Assist in scripting for brand videos, reels, and landing pages for a consistent brand voice.

Collaboration & Consultation

Work closely with DigiRivera's Meta Ads team to align brand identity with ad strategies.

Join client briefings to extract deep insights and pitch brand ideas where necessary.

Secondary Responsibilities (Add-on Value Areas)

Recommend branding trends, styles, or packages that could attract more premium clients.

Support sales proposals with creative concepts or mockups.

Assist in training internal team members on basic brand thinking or storytelling approach.

Suggest new branding service packages DigiRivera can offer (ex: ₹50K, ₹70K, ₹2L tiered offers).

Expected Outcomes

Help DigiRivera offer premium branding packages (₹30K-₹3L) to new clients.

Increase perceived brand value for clients, improving their lead conversion rates.

Establish DigiRivera as a branding + performance combo agency in solar and other MSME markets.

Ideal Partner Profile

3+ years of branding experience, preferably agency or freelance.

Strong portfolio across all type of industries

Strategic thinker who understands marketing funnels & positioning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
