**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the activities of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department and an active involvement in the process that determined each member of the team to better understand the values of the company.
- Collect the payments from the customers according to the schedule.
- Weekly reconciliation on collections and generate data.
- Coordinate with sales team and project team to solve the customer complaints Maintain an updated data of old customers
- Ensure on time recovery from customers by follow ups & meetings
- Payment follow-ups

**Requirements;**

1. Good knowledge of MS excel/Google sheets

2. Should be good at follow ups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
