Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to demonstrate products and services.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide input for improving the sales process and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 6M to 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply).
- **Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of IT services/products (e.g., software development, cloud services, mobile app development, etc.).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
