Job Title: Sales & Telecalling Executive

Location: Nangloi, Delhi (Factory Outlet)

Reports to: Vijay Sanyal (Immediate Senior)

About the Company: Our company is a leading manufacturer of electric scooters and lithium batteries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Follow up with customers and answer any questions they may have
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients through regular communication
- Provide product information and presentations to potential customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Meet sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management
- Attend dealer meets and participate in business development activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Knowledge of electric scooters and lithium batteries is a plus

After sufficient training, the executive will handle dealer meets and report to Vijay Sanyal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nangloi, Delhi - 110041, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
