**PAYMENT COORDINATOR- CSR ACTIVITIES**

**Client: ABB India Limited**

**Work Location: Disha Building, plot No. 5&6, 2nd stage, Peenya Industrial area Bangalore, Karnataka.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all financial transactions related to Corporate Social Responsible activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and beneficiaries.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of all payment transaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payments and maintain financial records.
- Monitor budget allocation for CSR initiatives and track expenditures.
- Coordinate with internal stake holders to gather necessary approvals and documentation for payments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Sty updated on relevant regulations and best practices related to CSR payments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting, with focus on payment processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools.
- Familiarity with CSR activities and understanding of their financial implications.
- **Salary Package: 30,000 - 35,000 CTC**
- **Immediate Joiners only.**
- **Gender: Male/female.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
