**Responsibilities**:

- Lab preparation and maintenance:

- Set up and organize laboratory equipment, materials, and supplies for science experiments and demonstrations.
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
- Assisting teachers and students:

- Assist science teachers and students during laboratory sessions, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Demonstrate proper laboratory techniques and safety procedures to students.
- Inventory management:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and materials.
- Order and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock for laboratory activities.
- Safety and compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory to ensure a safe learning environment for students and staff.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines related to the handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Recordkeeping and documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including equipment usage, experiments conducted, and inventory levels.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by school administration or regulatory agencies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in an educational environment.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other staff members.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to laboratory operations.
