**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Exhibit **exceptional English language proficiency**, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate complex information in a customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and best practices to provide accurate information.
- Meet performance standards, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology or a related field (preferred).
- **Language Skills**:

- **Flawless English communication skills**—both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to suit different customer personas and regions.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in international customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Key Traits**:

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A knack for clear and concise communication.
- Willingness to work in a **rotational shift schedule**.
