Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Approach prospects and present products/services effectively to meet client needs.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client on boarding.
  • Provide feedback from customers to support product/service improvement.
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare regular reports on progress.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
