Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote EOT cranes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products.
2. Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the industrial or heavy machinery sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of EOT cranes or similar equipment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹8,620.71 - ₹31,139.80 per month
