Overview:
Prodapt is looking for Assistant Manager for Finance department.
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience as Payroll Specialist.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Experience in payroll systems and software such as ADP, Neeyamo, Pocket HR, GreytHR.
- Excellent communication skill - both verbal & written.
- Problem-solving skill handling payroll issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Processing Payroll
1. Computation of salary payable based on days worked, deductions, taxes and relevant benefits ensuring accurate and timely payment.
2. Maintaining the records of all payroll transactions including employee earnings, taxes and deductions for reporting and audit purpose.

Statutory Compliance
1. Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Payment of statutory dues on or before the due date and avoid legal penalties.
3. Filing of applicable Returns and adhering to the timelines strictly.

Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Schedules
1. Preparation / review of reconciliations and Balance Sheet account schedules monthly for financial accuracy ensuring strong internal controls.

Audit
1. Provide payroll data with Internal Audit and Statutory audit team, working closely with them resolving their queries ensuring timely completion of audit

Payroll Reports

1. Co-ordinate with external consultant for Actuarial Valuation Report for audit purpose
2. Generate and publish payroll reports to Management team as per timelines

Employee Queries
1. Address queries related to payroll and benefits promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction
